From family estates to digital assets. One trustee.
About
Most people don't start by looking for a trustee. They start with a question — how to protect what they've built, how to structure a cross-border life, or how to ensure what they've created outlasts them.
Lumen Advisory exists for that moment.
We partner with internationally minded entrepreneurs, founders and families who need clarity before they need a product. As an independent trustee company based in Liechtenstein, we combine fiduciary and legal expertise to build structures that actually fit: asset protection, succession planning, relocation and family governance.
With offices in Liechtenstein, Vienna and Kraków, we work where our clients live — particularly across Central and Eastern Europe.

FAQ
I've built something valuable — how do I make sure it's protected?
Protection starts with structure. A trust, foundation, or holding company is its own legal entity — your net worth sits in the structure, not in your name. You retain full control and the full benefit, but the assets are decoupled from your personal exposure: shielded from creditor claims, forced heirship rules, and jurisdictional risk. We design and maintain that architecture. We don't manage investments. We protect everything around them.
What makes a Liechtenstein structure the right choice?
Liechtenstein is the only jurisdiction in the world that combines Anglo-American trust law with European civil law — your structure carries the flexibility of both traditions within a single, coherent framework. Its foundation law dates to 1926. It sits within the European Economic Area, holds a AAA sovereign rating, and appears on no grey list. Banks and regulatory authorities recognise Liechtenstein structures without friction, wherever you operate. For internationally minded clients, that credibility is not incidental — it is the foundation.
Is Lumen Advisory the right fit for me?
Our clients are typically self-made entrepreneurs, founders and families with assets, business interests or family members across multiple countries. Many are relocating, restructuring their holdings, or planning for the next generation. They come to us not because they have found a product, but because they have a question that hasn't been answered well yet.
Do I need to live in Liechtenstein to work with you?
No. Most of our clients are not based in Liechtenstein. We work primarily across Central and Eastern Europe — with a particular focus on Austria, Poland and Germany — and advise internationally. Our offices in Schaan, Vienna and Kraków mean we can meet clients where they live and operate.
How do we begin?
Most mandates start with a conversation, not a form. We take time to understand your situation, your goals, and whether our expertise is the right fit. From there we scope a first engagement — a structural review, a specific transaction, or a longer-term advisory mandate.
